Small Group Private Training

OUR SIGNATURE TRAINING PROGRAM! 8 sessions per day to choose from. 30 and 40 minute sessions designed to challenge and progress. We are with you every step of the way to assist with form, modifications and progressions so that you feel successful and get a great training session.

Silver Sneakers & Silver Strength (50+)

Peace River's longest running Senior Fitness program! No matter where you're starting from, if you are over 50 and want to enjoy group exercise this program is for you. Led by a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, these classes focus on Strength, Agility, Mobility and Endurance.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Jess

Hatha flow is a great way to practice yoga. It is a combination of the traditional Hatha style with a more dynamic and active flow. This style allows you to move through postures with breath and mindfulness, helping to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Body Recomposition with Heidi | Online

Body composition is the proportion of fat, muscle, and bone in your body. Through training plan and nutrition, we track and change body fat percentage and lean muscle mass. Using our industry leading InBody270 body scanner. The only of its kinds in the Peace Region, we track your body composition with 97-98% accuracy!

Nutrition Coaching

Do you struggle with your nutrition? We have two certified Nutrition Specialists, Kristina Peters and Lori Moon here to help you navigate the world of nutrition and health! Through our online platform you will receive a meal plan or macro guidelines (based on your preference). Check in with them weekly either in person or online to stay motivated and accountable!

Lift Fitness at Home | Online

Stream over 200 online workouts available anytime! All workouts are under 30 minutes and vary in intensity and focus (strength, HIIT, mobility etc) and use what you already have at home you'll feel amazing
